Job Description
The International Sales Support Associate at Alarm.com will collaborate with sales teams to improve processes, develop sales tools, and support international pricing and supply chain strategies, leveraging bilingual skills in English and Spanish to engage with global customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and sales operations teams on process improvements
- Coordinate supply chain procedures to ensure quality delivery
- Create pricing structures for new solutions and services
- Maintain records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Lead meetings to define global pricing strategies
- Provide insights for contract management and electronic systems usage
- Perform budget and account analysis, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions
- Collect, organize, and report data from various systems
- Participate in sales operation improvement projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with customers and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales operations or finance positions
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for day-to-day tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and possess strong observational skills
- Experience collaborating with international teams and interfacing with a wide variety of cultures and personality types
- Ability to create pricing structures for new solutions and service offerings including part logistics, warehousing, and monthly service subscriptions
- Experience maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to lead meetings with Sales and Senior Management to define pricing strategies for partners around the world
- Experience providing insights for contracts management and use of electronic resources and systems
- Experience performing budgetary and proprietary account analysis, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and proposing solutions
- Experience collecting data from various systems, organizing data into spreadsheets, and developing reports
- Ability to coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
