• Own and continuously improve day-to-day sales operations , including CRM data hygiene, pipeline integrity, and reporting accuracy.
• Define, document, and enforce standard sales processes across lead management, opportunity management, handoffs, and forecasting.
• Manage and mentor the Operations Administrator , ensuring operational tasks, data upkeep, and process execution are completed accurately and on time.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify operational gaps, remove friction, and ensure reps can focus on selling.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Experience owning core sales operations processes and CRM governance.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring operational support roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation.
