Key Responsibilities
- The Revenue & Operations Associate provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Sales and Operations teams. This role focuses on partner onboarding coordination, contract administration, basic financial operations support, and operational tracking to ensure smooth execution of sales and partner workflows.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable following defined processes while supporting multiple internal stakeholders. This is an execution‑focused role with clear priorities and escalation paths.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with multiple teams and following defined processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management tools
- Experience in a SaaS, hardware, or technology‑enabled services environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), DocuSign, or ticketing systems
- Exposure to basic finance or billing workflows
- Reliability and follow‑through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed
- Collaborative and service‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Occasional travel may be required
