Job Description
The Product Operations Manager II International at Alarm.com is responsible for coordinating the deployment, certification, and launch of video surveillance products in international markets, working across multiple teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international market feedback on video hardware with technical account managers, sales, and product teams
- Monitor and collaborate on regulatory certification processes for hardware products by region
- Plan and prioritize country launches, coordinating activities across multiple teams and managing deployments
- Track and support international-specific SKUs, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations
- Gather, organize, and assess international-specific feature requests for software and firmware
- Debug and triage international-specific hardware and software issues
- Align and communicate effectively between product teams and international go-to-market teams
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; business degrees accepted only if paired with strong technical experience or a technical focus
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging across functions and regions
- Comfortable working across time zones and with globally distributed teams
- Self-starter who enjoys building repeatable systems and solving unstructured problems
- Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, or certifications is a plus
