Job Description
A Marketing Specialist role involving planning and executing marketing projects, managing social media content, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating on promotional materials, and supporting international product launches within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate marketing projects
- Create and publish content on social media platforms, including preparing graphics
- Manage leads and communicate effectively with the sales department
- Prepare and analyze Google Analytics reports to evaluate campaign performance
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize marketing efforts
- Develop promotional materials in cooperation with graphic designers and printing houses
- Organize and coordinate marketing events
- Contribute to global advertising campaigns for product launches in international markets
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating marketing projects.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create engaging marketing content and graphics, including working with external resources such as graphic designers and printing houses.
- Fluent in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment, reliability, and assertiveness in day-to-day activities.
