Job Description

The International Sales Manager for LATAM will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, acquiring new business partners, and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the region, while managing sales plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Create a commercial strategy and achieve sales goals
  • Acquire new business partners in foreign markets
  • Establish and maintain contact with customers
  • Supervise cooperation in the subordinate region
  • Execute the sales plan and manage the budget in the LATAM region
  • Provide comprehensive customer service for foreign clients
  • Conduct monthly analysis of sales data
  • Implement short and long-term strategies
  • Research and analyze subordinate markets
  • Monitor competitiveness of solutions and collaborate with R&D

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales on foreign markets
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English required
  • University degree in economics or business, preferably related to electronics or telecommunication
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to establish contacts easily
  • Communicativeness and the ability to conduct conversations with customers
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to search for unconventional solutions
  • Commitment, consistency, organizational skills, and independence
  • Willingness to travel abroad approximately 40% of working time
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Valid driving license
