· 2+ years of social media management and content creation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, slot, and sequence the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand delivery across platforms and alignment with editorial planning and paid advertising efforts as part of an integrated omnichannel approach.
Write and publish copy across social media platforms and other marketing channels, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with OpenEye's voice and messaging standards.
Support the Senior Designer by producing content using pre-built templates and sourced imagery, maintaining brand consistency across campaigns and deliverables.
Use Jira or equivalent project management tools to track content team tasks, manage timelines, and maintain clear task ownership and cross-functional visibility.
Monitor social media performance and engagement analytics, using insights to recommend optimizations, test new approaches, and improve overall content effectiveness.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, proactively bringing fresh ideas to the team.

The pay for this opportunity is $25.00 - $23.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
