Job Description

A Data Scientist on the Business Intelligence team responsible for conducting complex analyses, developing customer models and neural networks, and creating AI-powered tools to support business decisions and improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analysis tasks to inform business decisions
  • Design and develop customer models and neural networks
  • Create AI-powered tools for internal and external use
  • Conduct independent research on large projects
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to coordinate and refine plans
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and coding tools to enhance work efficiency

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Candidate must hold a degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Candidate must have strong quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Candidate must have experience completing complex analysis tasks to drive business decisions.
  • Candidate must have experience designing and building customer models and neural networks.
  • Candidate must have experience creating AI-powered tools for internal and external use.
  • Candidate must have knowledge and experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and vibe coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot.
  • Candidate must have the ability to learn new tools rapidly to keep up with the pace of innovation.
  • Candidate must have experience working with foundational software engineering technologies such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Candidate must have strong Python programming experience.
  • Candidate must have experience working with machine learning toolkits such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, OpenAI, and Claude agents.
  • Candidate must have experience working with SQL.
  • Candidate must possess strong communication skills for coordinating work across departments.
  • Candidate must enjoy solving complex problems and engaging in constant learning.
