A Data Scientist on the Business Intelligence team responsible for conducting complex analyses, developing customer models and neural networks, and creating AI-powered tools to support business decisions and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex analysis tasks to inform business decisions
Design and develop customer models and neural networks
Create AI-powered tools for internal and external use
Conduct independent research on large projects
Collaborate with cross-department teams to coordinate and refine plans
Leverage large language models (LLMs) and coding tools to enhance work efficiency
Requirements
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
Candidate must hold a degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Candidate must have strong quantitative reasoning skills.
Candidate must have experience completing complex analysis tasks to drive business decisions.
Candidate must have experience designing and building customer models and neural networks.
Candidate must have experience creating AI-powered tools for internal and external use.
Candidate must have knowledge and experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and vibe coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot.
Candidate must have the ability to learn new tools rapidly to keep up with the pace of innovation.
Candidate must have experience working with foundational software engineering technologies such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Candidate must have strong Python programming experience.
Candidate must have experience working with machine learning toolkits such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, OpenAI, and Claude agents.
Candidate must have experience working with SQL.
Candidate must possess strong communication skills for coordinating work across departments.
Candidate must enjoy solving complex problems and engaging in constant learning.
