Job Description
A Customer Success Executive at ADC Advance is responsible for managing partner onboarding, sales, and product adoption of Smart Home Pay, working cross-functionally to ensure partner success and program growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- •Manage a portfolio of projects and resources across multiple offerings in coordination with various teams
- •Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to manage partner sales pipeline, recruitment, underwriting, and onboarding
- •Monitor partner KPIs, maximize partner success, and ensure compliance
- •Establish scalable processes for program growth, including onboarding and ongoing education
- •Work cross-functionally to enhance the success of ADC Advance programs and improve product adoption
- •Drive improvements in partner onboarding, training, and success through strategy development and implementation
- •Define and measure milestones for dealers and sales representatives, prioritize deliverables, and manage dependencies
- •Administer and optimize project management tools to support partner onboarding, education, and operations
Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree or technical degree.
- •1-3 years of relevant work experience as a program or project manager, with experience working within software development teams required.
- •Proven ability to manage customers and productively engage in a customer-facing role.
- •Leadership experience with the ability to motivate others and build consensus.
- •Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills.
- •Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across diverse perspectives and areas of expertise.
- •Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- •Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment.
- •Passion for consumer technology and a keen interest in developing a deep understanding of complex products and technologies.
- •General knowledge of business, technology, economics, and/or finance.
