Job Description

The Partner Success Executive role involves managing relationships with regional partners to drive revenue, educate on Alarm.com products, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure partner success in the SaaS security solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with regional partners to promote Alarm.com offerings
  • Educate partners on product features and influence sales activity
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target dealers and coordinate sales efforts
  • Attend industry events, association meetings, and trade shows
  • Interface with internal departments such as Dealer Operations Support, Sales Support, Training, Product Management, and Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year of experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Experience making consistent outbound calls to existing and new partners
  • Experience using sales automation products such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to drive a consistent and productive conversation
  • Comfortable speaking in front of audiences
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Willing to work onsite in Tysons Corner 4 days a week
