Requirements
B.A. or B.S. (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and/or leave management
Working knowledge of applicable regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, and state leave laws
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and benefits/leave administration tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience working with third-party administrators and vendors strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
