Job Description

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and/or leave management
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, and state leave laws
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and benefits/leave administration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience working with third-party administrators and vendors strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
