Job Description
The Associate Sales Development Representative (ASDR) at OpenEye is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers through calls and social media, and setting up meetings for the sales team to drive revenue growth in the cloud video platform industry.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and research potential customers using various tools and techniques
- •Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage prospects
- •Qualify leads by understanding prospects' business needs and challenges
- •Schedule meetings and demos for the account executive team with qualified prospects
- •Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in CRM system
- •Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies
- •Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet committed to a meeting
- •Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics
Requirements
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- •Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- •Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
- •Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
