Job Description
The B2B Account Executive at Noonlight is responsible for building and managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, guiding them through the sales cycle to sell integrated safety solutions and drive revenue growth in key verticals such as IoT and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned verticals.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to uncover client challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Noonlight's platform and integrations.
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to proposal development and negotiation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or IoT industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong understanding of solution-based sales methodologies, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for prospects.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools e.g., Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
