Job Description

The role involves planning and delivering engaging workplace experiences for Akaysha Energy employees, managing office operations, and coordinating social events across multiple locations. The position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a positive work environment and smooth office functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and support office experiences for employees
  • Produce and maintain policies and processes for office operations
  • Collaborate with building management on lease renewals and office moves
  • Manage reception and ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are tidy
  • Collaborate with IT Manager on office AV IT and disaster recovery plans
  • Support and deliver social events calendar and employee social clubs
  • Procure and manage office services, suppliers, equipment, and inventory

Requirements

  • You must be an Australian Citizen, hold permanent residency status or have existing AU working rights to apply for this role.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and supporting office experiences to create a welcoming and engaging space for employees.
  • Ability to produce and maintain policy and process systems to support the smooth operation of all offices.
  • Experience in collaborating with building management on lease renewals and insurances, including leading acquisition, fit out, and office moves when required.
  • Experience in managing reception, welcoming and seating visitors as required, including handling parcels, mail deliveries, and ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are kept tidy and ready for use.
  • Experience in collaborating and supporting with Corporate IT Manager on office AV IT and managing disaster recovery plans in collaboration with IT Support.
  • Experience in supporting and delivering a social events calendar and coordinating the planning logistics of events such as the Christmas Party Conference.
  • Experience in procuring and managing office services, suppliers, equipment, and inventory, as well as managing the office budget.
