Job Description

As a Senior Pre-Flight Program Manager based in our HQ in Singapore, you will report to the Senior Director, PMO & Pre-Flight PM and collaborate with teams and leadership across Asia Pacific, making your mark in a number of ways:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate pre-flight meetings and reporting to the project team, management and the executive leadership team right up to the CEO.
Planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting against the committed programme until contract execution and handover to the AirTrunk Construction Management Team to manage the construction phase onwards.
Liaise and coordinate with project team and stakeholders to ensure timely identification and resolution of project risks and issues.
Tailoring bespoke end-to-end schedules based on obtaining requirements, commitments and coordinating resources from across the business (Finance & Commercial, Corporate Services, Safety, Technical, Development and Operations verticals).
Assist in continued improvement of program management framework and processes.

Requirements

7+ years' project management experience working with a data centre, mission critical or large electrical/mechanical infrastructure development or construction projects.
Project/Program Management Certification (Prince2, PMI etc) and/or a bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management or engineering.
Exceptional stakeholder management.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, documenting requirements and driving alignment and delivery across the business.
Flexible and forward-thinking as you have to be ready for a continuous change in direction.
Results-focused and a “get things done” approach.
Prepared to travel across APAC as required.
