Key Responsibilities
- As Senior Commercial Manager, India based in our HQ in Mumbai , you will report to the Commercial Director, India & Middle East and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:
- You will provide commercial leadership, guidance and advice to support the delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data centre developments
- You will negotiate complex contracts, both domestically and internationally, including the development and management of all contractual documentation
- You will lead the commercial development reporting and administration function for the region, ensuring a high level of governance and accuracy to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in India construction market, including navigating local partnerships, supply chain constraints, and regulatory approvals
- Experience in hyperscale, data centre, or fast-track design and construct environments
- Postgraduate qualifications in law, business, or management
- Experience managing large-scale contracts (>USD $1bn equivalent)
