Job Description
As the Associate Manager, Transactions you will report to the Senior Director, Real Estate and work closely with the rest of the C ross- D epartment team s , making your mark in a number of ways:
Requirements
- 5 years experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on acquisitions, transaction management, or project/development management.
- Candidates with investment advisory / consulting backgrounds will also be considered.
- Experience in the industrial or data centre sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills are highly regarded.
