Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance on all the equipment at AirCo. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining spare parts inventories and tracking PM schedules. This person will ensure our production and lab units are operating safely and efficiently. This person must have mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and electrical experience. This role is based in New Britain, PA with occasional travel to our remote location(s).

• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in production equipment. • Strong knowledge of safety systems relating to equipment and facilities • Knowledge of industry standards as applied to industrial environments • Has an interest in sustainability, technology, science, cultural progress, and startup environments • Strong bias for action • Proven ability to work with others, strong interpersonal and influencing skills Don’t meet every single requirement?
