- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain .
- Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).
- Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.
