Job Description
The Director of Quality and Reliability is responsible for leading quality and reliability initiatives across Aeva and its suppliers to achieve zero defects and meet all product reliability targets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality LiDAR components and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to ensure processes and actions drive zero defects in components and products
- Ensure products meet all Aeva and customer reliability targets
- Oversee quality and reliability across Aeva and its suppliers
Requirements
- Provide leadership across Aeva and its suppliers to ensure processes and actions are in place to drive for zero defects for components and products
- Ensure that products meet all Aeva and customer reliability targets
- Experience in quality and reliability management within manufacturing or related industries (implied by role responsibilities)
- Ability to lead and coordinate quality assurance and reliability improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of processes and actions necessary to achieve zero defect goals
- Ability to ensure compliance with reliability standards and targets for both internal products and supplier components
