Requirements
- Facilitate the Substation Mechanic Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
- Facilitate job screening evaluations for apprentice substation mechanic applicants, assessing qualifications and abilities according to Company standards.
- Conduct written and physical testing on materials and methods used in the Substation Mechanic Department and other Transmission and Distribution departments, as requested.
- Perform Substation Mechanic Apprenticeship training data entry.
