Requirements
- Education requirements are listed below : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration or other related fields.
- Work Experience requirement listed below: Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in facilities or construction management.
- Physical demand level is Sedentary
- These are additional expectations for the job and could include specific work experience, license / certifications, preemployment testing, expectations about travel, shift work, etc.
- International Facilities Management Association’s (IFMA) designations are desirable such as FMP or CFM.
- Position requires travel around the region as needed and occasional travel to Columbus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
