Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Technical Communication, English, or a related field; or a four‑year technology degree with an emphasis in technical communication; or equivalent related professional experience.
- 4–5 years of technical writing or documentation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation efforts simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Visio and process mapping.
