Requirements
Utility or critical-infrastructure experience; Enterprise Resilience Policy and Training, Exercise and Evaluation Standard familiarity; HSEEP methodology familiarity; ICS, NIMS, FEMA National Response Framework, and ISO 22301 familiarity; adult learning, instructional design, training facilitation, learning evaluation, virtual facilitation platforms, learning management systems, exercise management tools, and change management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
4-6+ years of progressive experience in exercise design, training development, emergency management, business continuity, operational resilience, incident management, enterprise preparedness, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, improvement planning, or related disciplines, including experience supporting or leading exercise design, facilitation, evaluation, training delivery, after-action reporting, corrective-action tracking, and HSEEP methodology.
