Exhibit a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, to support communication, analysis, reporting, and collaboration activities.
Ability to run queries and experience reading/writing SQL is a plus.
Experience utilizing AEP’s Customer Information System (MACSS) to support customer, billing, and operational processes is preferred.
Working knowledge of AEP’s Customer Information System (MACSS) is preferred.
Experience working with other teams to seek resolution of issues
