Job Description
The Human Resource Associate at Acumen will support the Global Talent Team in various HR functions, including recruiting, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires at least 3 years of HR experience and involves learning Acumen's unique recruiting processes while contributing to the overall employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Talent Team in recruiting processes
- Conduct application reviews and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring panels
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Plan team retreats and celebrations
- Manage Talent expenses related to team events
- Assist in enrolling employees in benefits
- Answer questions about benefits and administration
- Issue written offers and transition letters under supervision
- File and document onboarding new hires
- Audit employee files for compliance
- Coordinate immigration needs and issue verification letters
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a busy HR department.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work in-office 3 days a week.
- An ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- An ability to understand compliance across different offices and issue offer letters and benefits in line with local laws.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 60,000 to 64,000 USD plus a performance-based bonus
Work schedule: In-office 3 days a week
