Job Description
The Senior Associate Recruiter at Acumen will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles, develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to employer branding efforts, all while ensuring a transparent and inclusive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage offers, including pre-onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes
- Participate in employer branding efforts
- Post jobs, review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Make verbal and written job offers and prepare new hires for day one
Requirements
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of work experience in recruiting or related roles
- Ability to be candid and transparent in communication
- Ability to get and stay relatively well organized
- Curiosity about people, skills, and experiences, with the ability to identify key skills and be open to candidates who may surprise you and deliver on the role even if they don’t fit initial ideas
- Healthy interpersonal skills, including the ability to truly listen, stay focused on finding solutions, speak directly, communicate needs and barriers, and treat everyone with dignity
- Ability to take initiative independently and follow through on tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to deliver on deadlines
- Enjoyment in making other people feel successful and in finding work that suits them
- Ability to learn and use software relevant to the recruiting process
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Benefits & Perks
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary range of $65,000 to $74,000 per year
