Job Description
The role involves providing executive support to the Country Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and communication handling, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and organizational projects with potential for career growth into a key strategy position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive's calendar, emails, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Serve as communication hub between CEO, global team, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting briefing documents and take detailed notes in meetings
- Support special projects and initiatives, tracking and driving completion of action items
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractual engagements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in global organisations
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take primary responsibility for execution of diverse projects in a timely manner with limited supervision
- Experience managing international travel and remote team coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externally
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
- Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values
- Permanent authorization to work in Pakistan
