Job Description
The Program Manager will lead and execute startup programs and ecosystem-building activities in Casablanca, Morocco, focusing on program design, stakeholder engagement, community development, and ensuring impactful experiences for founders, mentors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute startup programs and activities in Casablanca, Morocco
- Design and implement program curriculum and structure
- Engage with startups, mentors, and partners to facilitate program participation
- Manage stakeholder relationships and community-building efforts
- Coordinate and oversee accelerators, founder events, and ecosystem initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to program outcomes and impact
Requirements
- Experience in leading and executing startup programs and activities, including accelerators, founder-focused events, and ecosystem-building efforts.
- Strong understanding of the startup journey and entrepreneurship as a driver of economic development.
- Ability to work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and impactful program experience.
- Experience in program design and execution, including curriculum planning.
- Experience in startup and mentor engagement.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in community-building activities related to startups and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to report and analyze data related to program activities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and bring a mix of structure, empathy, and adaptability to work.
- This position requires a 1-year contract with the potential for extension.
