Job Description
The Program Director will lead the Abu Dhabi hub of 500 Global, overseeing the design and implementation of impactful programs while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for supporting entrepreneurship and innovation.

Requirements

- Successful relationship management across both internal and external stakeholders.
- Autonomy and accountability for launching and scaling programs in the Abu Dhabi hub.
- Experience in hiring and leading team members.
- Understanding of a founder's journey, including its ups and downs.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments that can be uncertain, challenging, and intense.
- Excellent communication skills to navigate the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated drive, strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and humility.
