Job Description
A Marketing and Demand Generation Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to support the U.S. commercial sales team, focusing on expanding the pipeline for large, relationship-driven clients in the energy sector. The role involves partnering with sales and leadership to align marketing strategies with client needs and market dynamics, while measuring program impact in a long sales cycle environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing programs to support the U.S. commercial sales organization and expand the pipeline for larger clients
- Partner with sales, subject-matter experts, and leadership to align marketing strategies with client needs and business goals
- Build and execute demand generation programs targeting relationship-driven clients
- Set up and manage core marketing systems to facilitate marketing efforts
- Measure and analyze the impact of marketing programs within a longer sales cycle environment
Requirements
- Experience in building demand generation programs and partnering closely with sales teams to measure outcomes.
- Ability to lead marketing programs in support of a U.S. commercial sales organization.
- Experience in expanding a business line's pipeline for larger, relationship-driven clients.
- Experience working with a relationship-based sales organization on complex energy procurement and cost management decisions.
- Ability to partner closely with direct sales, subject-matter experts, and leadership to align marketing strategy with client needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
- Hands-on experience in building and executing marketing programs.
- Experience setting up core marketing systems.
- Ability to measure the impact of marketing programs in a longer sales cycle environment.
