Requirements
Candidates must be self-starters and entrepreneurs who are committed to delivering superior energy advice to companies faced with complex energy challenges including volatile market prices, reliability issues, and the need to meet aggressive carbon reduction targets.
Candidates must live in one of the following states: NY, PA, MA, NJ, MD, CT, DE, RI, IL, TX, OH, or NH.
Candidates must have the ability to develop and implement energy management strategies and navigate the energy transition for business clients.
Candidates must be able to communicate openly and honestly with clients and internal teams.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethical standards and integrity, holding themselves to the highest standards with zero tolerance for misconduct.
Candidates must be capable of working in a team environment alongside energy and sustainability experts, engineers, commodity traders, coders, energy analysts, business development professionals, and financial professionals.
Candidates must be willing to work in a role that offers a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.
Candidates must be able to provide the best possible customer service and sales experience with support and resources from internal partners.
