Job Description
The Assistant General Counsel 5 is a senior legal role focused on providing strategic legal advice related to retail electric and natural gas supply agreements, leading regulatory efforts, and supporting the company's business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Must have experience advising on legal risks, strategies, and structures related to retail electric and natural gas supply agreements.
- Must have the ability to assume leadership over regulatory efforts related to the company's operations.
- Must be a versatile, self-motivated individual capable of exercising sound legal and business judgment in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
