Job Description
The Test Technician will support the development and testing of high-power battery systems for data center UPS and EV charging applications, working closely with engineering teams to build test fixtures, conduct reliability tests, and log data for product development.
Responsibilities
- •Follow testing standard operating procedures to support testing needs of Reliability and Certification teams
- •Build and prepare test fixtures and test articles, materials and equipment
- •Set up, perform, and sustain long-term Reliability tests of finished products and components
- •Set up and perform ad hoc, short-term Reliability and Compliance tests of finished products and components
- •Support process and design development of the products through testing
- •Log data from tests and generate reports
Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years of experience as electronics, mechanical, and or test technician.
- •Strong experience executing and updating procedures.
- •Proficiency in Excel.
- •Care and meticulousness when working with samples and when entering data.
- •Ability to lift and move equipment and products; assistive lifts available for heavier items.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to work in a multi-team environment.
- •Comfort in working at a fast-paced environment.
