Job Description
The Civil Engineering Technician - Highway Design will support the design of transportation projects, including highways and interchanges, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. This entry-level position offers a hybrid work environment and values creativity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- •Support the design of transportation projects including highways, interchanges, and roundabouts.
- •Develop designs in coordination with a multi-discipline team including Traffic, Utility, and Water Resource Engineering.
- •Utilize CAD software for design tasks.
Requirements
- •0 - 3 Years Experience in Civil Engineering or related field.
- •Proficiency in CAD design for transportation projects, including highways, interchanges, roundabouts, and other roadway features.
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-discipline team environment that includes Traffic, Utility, and Water Resource Engineering.
- •Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
