Job Description
The Senior Manager of Operations at Pivot Energy will lead a team focused on community solar program management, customer service, and revenue collection, while optimizing internal processes and managing vendor relationships to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- •Proven experience in customer operations leadership, specifically in community solar program management, customer service, subscriber management, utility relationships, and revenue collection.
- •Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of subscription operations and customer care associates.
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- •A track record of delivering high-quality work.
- •Familiarity with project management best practices.
