Job Description
The Manager In Training program at Bone Dry Roofing offers new graduates the opportunity to fast track their career in management through hands-on experience and a comprehensive curriculum over 12-18 months, preparing them to oversee daily operations across various functional departments.
Responsibilities
- •Gain hands-on experience in management and trade disciplines
- •Handle day-to-day operations of a management position
- •Gain exposure to functional departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Roofing, Masonry, Interior, Exterior, Gutters, and Solar
Requirements
- •Completion of a comprehensive trainee management program lasting 12-18 months.
- •Ability to handle the day-to-day operations of a management position within one of the market locations.
- •Exposure to all functional departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations Roofing, Masonry, Interior, Exterior, Gutters, and Solar.
- •Possession of high integrity and a strong work ethic.
