Job Description
The Lead Human-Centered Service Designer and Researcher at Bixal will drive user research and service design to enhance the Veteran Transition Experience, collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective digital solutions for transitioning service members and veterans.
Responsibilities
- •Drive user research to improve the Veteran Transition Experience.
- •Develop service design and experience strategy for transitioning service members and Veterans.
- •Collaborate with VA stakeholders and cross-agency partners.
- •Create intuitive and accessible digital experiences for Veterans and their families.
Requirements
- •You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship.
- •Experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) service design.
- •Ability to drive user research, service design, and experience strategy.
- •Experience collaborating with stakeholders, cross-agency partners, and product development teams.
- •Ability to create intuitive, accessible, and effective digital experiences.
- •This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of up to one year, with two one-year options.
