Job Description
The Outsourced Accounting Manager at Aprio is responsible for leading a team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of client deliverables, while overseeing client profitability and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- •Guide and manage the team to ensure high-quality, on-time completion of client deliverables.
- •Ensure efficient operation of clients and team, overseeing client profitability.
- •Foster a positive working environment and support team success.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- •Experience in managing a team and ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of client deliverables.
- •Strong leadership skills to support and guide team members.
- •Ability to oversee client profitability and ensure efficient operation of clients and team.
