Job Description
The Asset Manager at Madison Energy Infrastructure is responsible for the operational management of 150-300 commercial and industrial solar assets, focusing on uptime, safety, and cost-efficiency while acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Responsibilities
- •Manage the operational performance of 150-300 commercial and industrial solar assets
- •Proactively resolve site issues
- •Maintain vendor relationships
- •Track warranties
- •Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- •Act as the primary point of contact for O&M providers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- •Maintain budget adherence and site cleanliness
- •Ensure optimal asset performance and meet key performance targets
Requirements
- •Responsible for the full operational management of 150-300 commercial and industrial solar assets.
- •Ensure optimal uptime, safety, and cost-efficiency of solar assets.
- •Proactively resolve site issues and maintain vendor relationships.
