Job Description
The Shift Supervisor at Jushi Holdings Inc. is responsible for leading the dispensary team, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- •Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team
- •Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- •Restock product on the floor
- •Ensure all product remains in FIFO order
- •Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team
Requirements
- •The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.
- •The Shift Supervisor will be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
- •The Shift Supervisor should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
