The Director of Business Development will focus on sourcing new partnership opportunities with Home Improvement Contractors, ensuring their success and growth through collaboration and support within the GoodLeap team, which specializes in financing and software solutions for sustainable home improvements.
Responsibilities
- •Assist new Home Improvement Contractors in joining GoodLeap
- •Source new partnership opportunities through outbound leads
- •Collaborate with team members to ensure partner success
- •Work closely with assigned partners to ensure their growth and development
Requirements
- •Experience in business development, specifically in the home improvement or renewable energy sectors.
- •Proven ability to source new partnership opportunities through outbound leads.
- •Demonstrated experience in collaborating with team members to ensure partner success.
- •Ability to work closely with assigned partners to ensure their growth and development.
- •Strong communication skills to drive transparent customer communication and business intelligence.
- •A passion for renewable energy and helping Home Improvement Contractors access superior loan programs.
