The Manager of Customer Success, Scaled at DroneDeploy is responsible for leading a team focused on managing relationships with SMB customers, overseeing strategy, team performance, and operational efficiency to enhance customer engagement and retention in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the Scaled Customer Success team, including Renewal Managers and Scaled Customer Success Managers.
- •Oversee strategy, team performance, and operational efficiency to drive customer engagement and retention.
- •Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance.
- •Optimize processes for improved customer experience.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
- •Experience in managing customer success teams, specifically overseeing Renewal Managers and Scaled Customer Success Managers.
- •Proven ability to drive customer engagement and retention strategies for SMB customers.
- •Strong coaching and team development skills to optimize team performance.
- •Experience in optimizing processes and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
- •Ability to work in a fully remote environment and collaborate across time zones with global teams.
- •Commitment to following information security policies and procedures to protect company and customer data.
