Job Description
This entry-level architectural position focuses on design and technical tasks, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of licensed architects. Responsibilities include utilizing design software, producing architectural documentation, assisting in product research, and participating in project meetings.
Responsibilities
- •Contribute to the design process using software platforms such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch-up.
- •Build physical building models.
- •Produce architectural documentation under supervisory direction.
- •Create graphics materials and images for client presentations under supervisory direction.
- •Assist in product research under direct supervision.
- •Research building code information as directed.
- •Participate in the review of shop drawings and submittals under supervisory direction.
- •Attend in-house project team meetings.
- •Visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
Requirements
- •Bachelor or Master s degree in Architecture required by hire date.
- •Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- •Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- •Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- •As a condition of employment, all employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
