Job Description

The Director of Sales at Shooter Detection Systems will lead new business development and sales efforts, focusing on both high-volume and complex sales opportunities while managing and developing a sales team to enhance safety and security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the identification and cultivation of sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in closing high-volume and complex enterprise-level sales.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, overseeing inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Utilize KPIs and sales reports to assess and optimize performance across the sales team.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5 years of full cycle sales management experience, ideally having sold SaaS technology solutions with complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated willingness to proactively engage in all aspects of the sales process, providing hands-on guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • A highly competitive spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new sales opportunities.
  • Unwavering attention to client needs, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional presentation skills that build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Track record of reliably producing results, exceeding performance goals, and driving sales growth in a B2B or B2B2C business specifically SaaS sales with both consumer and employee end users.
  • Ability to sell directly and through strategic partnerships and channel partners and to proactively identify new prospects.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
