Job Description
The Sales Representative for RCV's Roofing Division is responsible for expanding the customer base by connecting with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions, while ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- •Expand customer base and nurture connections
- •Connect with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand roofing needs
- •Provide tailored roofing solutions
- •Represent RCV Roofing with professionalism and integrity
- •Conduct daily appointments and inspections
- •Provide clients with detailed estimates
- •Manage sales, follow-ups, customer financing, and customer care
