Job Description
The Director of ABM Strategics will lead and develop comprehensive account-based marketing strategies for high-value accounts in the Americas and EMEA, focusing on revenue growth and customer loyalty while managing a high-performing team and influencing C-level decision-making.
Responsibilities
- •Define and lead a long-term ABM strategy for top accounts.
- •Create documented playbooks for ABM campaigns and develop best practices.
- •Oversee a team of ABM managers and specialists, fostering a high-impact culture.
- •Champion the integration of AI-driven analytics and emerging technologies in ABM.
- •Serve as a senior liaison with executive leadership, delivering quarterly updates on ABM performance.
- •Manage significant ABM budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- •Set up and report on measures of success with Marketing Performance and Analytics.
Requirements
- •Mastery of advanced ABM methodologies, including ABX, predictive analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- •Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling teams and building a culture of performance and innovation.
- •Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ABM and analytics platforms such as 6sense, Salesforce, and Power BI, as well as experience implementing AI and automation tools.
- •Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex strategies and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- •Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities.
