Job Description
The role involves recruiting top-tier software engineering and technical talent across Europe for Samsara, a company focused on improving physical operations through IoT data. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and foster relationships with candidates to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for Software Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure roles across Europe.
- •Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates.
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and specific role requirements.
- •Employ data-driven strategies to track metrics and optimize sourcing effectiveness.
- •Build diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines.
- •Identify and address challenges related to hard-to-fill roles with creative solutions.
- •Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- •Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes.
- •Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles in recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- •5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced international product organisation.
- •Demonstrable experience in hiring world-class software engineers, from mid-level to Staff.
- •Fluent in both Polish and English, written and verbal.
- •Proven ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows.
- •Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
- •Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
- •Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- •Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- •Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with a focus on team success.
