Job Description
The role involves recruiting top sales talent for Samsara in Europe, focusing on building diverse candidate pipelines and managing the full recruitment cycle while collaborating closely with hiring managers. The position is remote and requires a data-driven approach to optimize recruitment processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for sales roles in Europe
- •Utilise various sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates
- •Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- •Employ data-driven strategies to track metrics and optimise sourcing effectiveness
- •Focus on building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
- •Identify and address challenges related to hard-to-fill roles
- •Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining quality
- •Contribute to the development and improvement of recruiting processes
- •Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
- •5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- •Proven ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows.
- •Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
- •Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
- •Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- •Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- •Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
