Job Description
The SAP Financials Functional Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Financial solutions to support business goals, requiring extensive experience with SAP FI CO modules and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- •Analyze, design, and configure SAP Financials solutions to meet business requirements.
- •Coordinate with finance, accounting, and IT teams for successful project outcomes.
- •Understand financial processes and requirements from business stakeholders.
- •Identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations within SAP Financials.
- •Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP Financials solutions.
- •Provide expert guidance on SAP FI CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Financials systems.
- •Develop documentation for SAP Financials solutions, including process flows and training materials.
- •Train and support end-users for effective utilization of SAP Financials solutions.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP Financials solutions.
- •Extensive experience with SAP FI CO modules, including new implementations.
- •Proficiency in SAP FI CO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- •Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules: MM, CS, SM, SD, Supply Chain, etc.
- •Experience with SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Guided buying, Catalog, e-invoicing, Supply risk management.
- •Proven track record of successfully managing SAP Financials projects.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- •Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
